Millions of pairs of cheap sunglasses and spectacles are thrown away each year.
We really hate that. Our mission is to help eliminate eyewear waste from landfill, reducing the demand for virgin materials and create a circular manufacturing process where possible.
If you have a pair of Birds (or any other brand frames) that have reached the end of their lifespan we can help you recycle them

Can i send any brand or glasses or sunglasses frames?
Yes, we accept all brands of eyewear.
What happens with the material?
Once collected, the waste is broken down and separated by material. Plastics are cleaned and pelleted to be recycled into new products. Metal materials are sent for smelting and conversion to new alloys.
How many frames can i send?
As many as you like, however there is only one discount voucher allowed per order.
What products are you making with the recycled material.
We are currently building up stocks of raw materials, sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.
What can i spend the voucher on?
The voucher discount code gives £20 off any order. Not applicable for sale items. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Do i need a printer?
Don't have a printer? No problem, Royal Mail can print you a label in store if you show them the return email.
